This home in Ennice, NC was experiencing pooling water around the foundation due to poor yard drainage. Left untreated, standing water can saturate the soil, putting pressure on the foundation walls and increasing the risk of basement or crawl space leaks.

The block walls in this basement were soaking up water and leaking into the basement. We drilled weep holes at the bottom to stop the water from bottling up inside the wall and to flow into our drainage system instead. From there, the water is flushed outside using our patented TripleSafe sump pump.
