These basement walls in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina were reinforced using CarbonArmor wall straps to help stabilize bowing or cracked foundation walls without the need for invasive reconstruction. The installation helps strengthen the foundation while maintaining a clean, low-profile appearance. With the CarbonArmor system securely bonded to the wall surface, the homeowner now has added peace of mind and long-term structural support for their basement.

This homeowner was experiencing multiple signs of basement distress, including water intrusion along the walls, moisture stains, and signs of wall movement. These issues are commonly caused by hydrostatic pressure from saturated soil pushing against the foundation, leading to leaks, damp conditions, and structural weakening over time.

To address both the moisture and structural concerns, our team installed a full basement waterproofing system along with steel beam supports. The waterproofing solution helps manage and redirect water, keeping the basement dry and protecting against future intrusion. At the same time, heavy-duty steel beams were installed along the walls to stabilize and reinforce the foundation, preventing further bowing or shifting.

With these systems in place, the basement is now dry, secure, and structurally supported. This dual solution not only improves the overall condition of the space but also provides long-term protection and peace of mind for the homeowner.
