I thought everyone that I dealt with were very professional and answered any questions that I had. I enjoyed getting a detailed email of what work was going to be done, the time line of the work and what my expectations were. It was a nice way to keep everything organized and have a sense of what was going to happen.
She (Amanda) was very kind and helpful anytime that I called.
He (Kevin) was great. He thoroughly looked over our basement and our concerns. He took the time to answer my many questions and was able to accurately pin point my problem. (many others have tried but he got it right.)
They were wonderful. Very polite and helpful. They did their job well.
The house was the way I left it. You would never know that they were there.
