We needed our wall stabilized with the power braces, we got a total of 7. Our foreman was T.J. along with Cortland, Corey, and Cordale. They worked efficiently together, got the job done quick, and everything looks great. They even fixed a little spot where our dog left a paw print while they were there. TJ talked over everything for us and answered our questions, he was very informative and made us feel comfortable, he’s got the experience to back it up! Highly recommended. I’m glad we finally got it done with the Basement Doctor. We are also located in Northern Kentucky and the team showed up in a timely manner!

Rusty and Tyler were awesome. They clearly take pride in their work and took their time to do a good job, even staying late on a Friday night to get it done. My foundation/basement floor has been repaired previously and made for a tricky install of the sump system but they made it happen. Get these boys a new concrete mixing bin!

When others are doing major work on our old home I am one picky engineer. Sharon and I have lived in our home in Fort Thomas, Kentucky since 1976 and take much pride in maintaining and renovating it. We chose the Basement Doctor for our latest undertaking and are pleased to report it was a GOOD decision. Pat and his crew just finished our foundation waterproofing and stabilization project. During the past four days, we witnessed an outstanding team that worked well together. Everyone was hardworking, cheerful, task-oriented, respectful of our yard and home, and courteous to us and to each other. When a specific decision needed to be made, Pat consulted me, and a discussion followed. The advice he gave proved to be sound which obviously ended with excellent results. Mike Pritt with his crew Jake, and Bradley did an excellent job. We had a challenging basement and it turned out fabulous. Mike kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we didn't have any questions. They left the work site pristine, going above and beyond to wash down the floors. We are very pleased to have had Mike and his crew.
