Dear Mr. Miles, I wanted to write a personal letter to commend the three young men that worked at our home recently.  Rusty Little, Dennis Johnson, and Dylan Davidson were a pleasure.  All three of them worked extremely hard to get the job done.  In addition to working hard, they were very considerate in doing the work.  They probably had to work harder to avoid tearing up tile and having to move things (water heater).  We are pleased that for the very first time in 20 years we had about 3 inches of rain and not a drop in our basement. I took the time to write this additional good review because these three young men deserve it and I would hope the company is doing whatever than can to retain these guys!  Thank you again and I will gladly recommend your company. We had a complex foundation issue and The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati offered us the most comprehensive solution to the problem. The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati's attention to detail was superior to any other company we considered using. Our foreman for the job, Rick, did a fantastic job! Upon inspection of our home, he was able to identify an issue that no one else addressed. The results were better than anticipated!  

Clem & the crew did a great job. Were kind, mannerly & kept me informed the whole time. Any Mother would be proud of this crew.

Salesman was knowledgeable and honest!  No high pressure sales.  I am a contractor and I know what I want.  I called several companies and told them to look at the crawl space.  Some companies wanted to high pressure sale you to death and needed my wife there.  My time is important and felt if a company could look at a job without me there or my wife, that is a company that will do as the customer wants.    Dan was a good sales person who realized I was somewhat intelligent and knew what areas to hit and some to leave out.  He did what I wanted him to do, and he also pointed out where I could have a better product if we did it another way.  The foreman was great!  He explained and did what I asked him to do.  The crew was impressed that I had no floor in the house and it was easy to install the cleanspace.

Rusty and his crew which was Kellon and Pierre were on time and the work that was performed was great. They were very respectful and went about their job. They did a great job. There was no mess at all and they made sure that we were pleased with the job before they left. I would recommend them any time. Thanks!

Started and completed on time!  The crawl space was very wet and the guys were very careful to keep carpets clean.  Everything had to go in and out through the front door, carpeted hall and bedroom.

All of the guys were friendly & respectful.  You can tell that they really care to do a great job.  Thanks for making the schedule work out to get me me taken care of, so that I can breathe in my home.
