We decided to try Basement Drs. Our foundational problem was serious and extensive. Just when we thought it was bad, it got much worse. However, they were able to come up with a plan to correctly address all the issues (which were many). Donny DiPalma and Matt came up with a plan that worked. Both Patrick Weatherholt and Mike Pritt (overseeing both projects) were really good and attentive in their work. They both displayed great integrity. Will most definitely request both of them for any future work. Their work ethic was very impressive.

We had work done several years ago, so you had a good reputation from that.  I had done a lot of research on the internet to learn about the method used here.  Very good repair!  Thanks so much!

Mike Pritt, Bradly, and Jake reached out to me ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They were extremely professional and kept me informed through the whole process. They cleaned up well and the work that they have done has made my home's foundation more secure and stable!

The foreman was Kevin Brandenburg with Andrew Quinlisk. They worked on raising the apron to meet with the garage floor. They called ahead and showed up in the time frame set. Both were very friendly and professional. They answered all the questions we had as well as explaining how the process works. I would recommend them to do work on raising the concrete anytime.

A couple of guys came out a few days ago to do PolyLevel on my basement floor slab - and they did a fine job! Kevin and Keith were nice guys and very professional. They get my vote for a job well done! 

Kevin Brandenburg and Keith Hughett from The Basement Doctor Cincinnati did an awesome job working on my driveway today. On-time, called ahead to give me an ETA. The company stayed in touch with me even prior to the repair work done today as well from their office. The guys were friendly, neat, and professional. They were a great team working together and they completed all the work quickly. They provided information on when I could paint/stain the driveway. Plus just look how level the driveway is now on entering the garage in the photos below. That use to be at least a 4 in or more difference or drop off coming out of the garage. I would highly recommend the two workers that came out today as well as the company. I plan on having them back when it's time to seal the driveway again to prolong the life of the concrete. Way to go guys!!! Awesome job!!!

Kevin Brandenburg and Andrew Quinlisk were the crew working on my driveway. First off they arrived on time on a Monday no less. They took the time to tell me what they were going to do and how long. Kevin made a couple of decisions that made the work all that much better. The clean-up was better than when they started. The driveway turned out much better than I thought it would. I need some work on my pool deck and when the time comes to do it I hope it's Kevin and Andrew.

Whoever came out yesterday did a great job! The sidewalk and driveway look great. I was having issues with the concrete for both being uneven, and the product lifted it really well. I am really happy with it.
