I have to give The Basement Doctor four stars.My mother's basement wall was in terrible condition. The foreman Brent Adams and his crew Jose Roses and Chris Powell did a wonderful job in just three days. They were informative, personable, and professional. They went above and beyond than just their jobs. They took the time to check the basement floor and raised it to the proper height. They made sure to clean up the work sight every day before leaving!! I would recommend the Basement Doctor to anyone having issues with their basement as well recommend Brent and his crew!! Thank you for a job well done and giving us piece of mind!!!!

Mike Pritt with his crew Jake, and Bradley did an excellent job. We had a challenging basement and it turned out fabulous. Mike kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we didn't have any questions. They left the work site pristine, going above and beyond to wash down the floors. We are very pleased to have had Mike and his crew.

Your sales rep presented the product in a professional manner and sold me on the process to fix my basement issues.  The foreman on the work crew went out of his way to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.  If I need any additional work done, I will ask for the same crew!  

The sani-dry system arrived damaged, but Brent quickly took care of the situation and contacted his supervisor to make sure we get a replacement part ASAP.Dan was very through and kept in touch, answering all our questions during the decision process. Brent and his crew were very respectful; they were very careful with our items. Brent was always in the best dispostion to answer all our questions. We chose BD because of the innovative waterproofing solutions it offers and because of its many years of experience. We also know that our neighbor used BD when sealing their crawl space and they were very satisfied with the job done.

If you want a quality company that cares about their community, you absolutely HAVE to go with the Basement Doctor!

I saw your Triplesafe Sump Pump on the internet and requested an estimate. When your salesperson came and explained everything, I liked it and decided to have it installed. Urban and the installation crew were all very professional, polite, and ready to answer any question that I had. Five stars across the board.  I would highly recommend The Basement Doctor Cincinnati!
