This downspout was draining right onto the ground and there was a cavity in front of the door, so water was pooling in front of the garage and damaging the driveway. We rerouted the downspout conductor line and directed it into a new TrenchDrain along the cavity. Now the area will stay dry and look cleaner!

George S. in Marion, OH had water coming in through one of his basement walls, so he called Mid-State Basement Systems for help. We sent out one of our certified inspectors, Steve Davis, to take a look at the situation and provide a free estimate for repair. Our crew, led by foreman Byron Salinas, installed the WaterGuard and new conductor lines to make sure the water was routed to the sump pump and out of the home.

WaterGuard's unique design catches intruding water from the walls, on top of the floor, and under the floor. This way, the water will be drained before it can get into the basement and cause damage.
