This basement was in need of a full waterproof as well as new flooring to make it a dry and functional space for this homeowner. Our crews installed our WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. When this was completed, they installed our ElitePlank flooring in Walnut to finish it off. 

This Urbana crawl space was suffering from sagging floors above and high humidity levels below. To restore structural integrity, our team installed SmartJack supports beneath key beams to lift and stabilize the floor system. We also addressed the moisture issue with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, the most efficient crawl space unit on the market. Together, these upgrades created a dry, stable, and healthier environment for the home.

This home had a waterproofing system installed by another company that just was not working for them anymore. Our crew installed a new WaterGuard system, as well as a brand new sump system. 

This customer was dealing with a leaky basement and a cracked, bowing basement foundation wall. To fix these problems, we installed our WaterGuard Interior Basement Drainage System and CarbonArmor System to stabilize the basement walls.
