A before and after transformation of this Mechanicsburg crawl space. Our crew insulated this space using SilverGlo, as well as installed the CleanSpace Vapor barrier to keep the space dry. 

This homeowner had complaints of their basement flooding and a strong musty odor coming from the back corner of their basement. Our crew installed full perimeter CleanSpace walls, WaterGuard, a new TripleSafe sump system with battery backup, and a SaniDry dehumidifier. Now their basement will stay dry, all the time!

Our crews installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, as well as a brand new battery backup system for the Sump Pump. 

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump. They called Mid-State Basement systems after finding our website. Our service technician Manual came out and replaced the sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
