A home in Port Clinton, Ohio, had sagging floors above the crawl space. We sent out our crew to install six SmartJack supports to permanently stabilize and lift the home's sagging floors back into place. SmartJacks are installed on a concrete footing to prevent sagging, bouncy floors for good!

Our crew installed 9 PowerBraces in this Canal Winchester, OH Basement. When the homeowners bought the house, it already had some posts in place but they were failing. Our PowerBrace consists of steel I-beams that are secured to the joists above the wall with steel brackets. This system is easily adjustable, allowing for tightening of the brace to attempt to raise the wall back to its original position. This system doesn't involve any exterior excavation and installs quickly with minimal disruption to your basement space.

A homeowner near Gypsum, Ohio, reached out to Mid-State Basement Systems with concerns about sagging floors on the first level of his home. We sent our Sales Inspector, Phil, to discuss the homeowner's concerns and come up with a solution to fix the problem.

After meeting with the homeowner and inspecting the crawl space, Phil recommended two SmartJacks to stabilize the sagging floors and correct them back toward their original position. Our crew was able to install the jacks and provide significant lift to the floors above. Now, the homeowner is happy to have the floors in his home back to normal!
