Anna

Anna started her first career as a middle school history teacher. After teaching, she moved on to be a Customer Experience Officer at a real estate title company. This career taught her a lot about the housing industry and the importance of that investment.

She's worked as a Customer Care Representative for Cleveland Basement Systems in the past and is now the Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator. In this position, she works with customers to make sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish. She also works to create all content for social media and the website. 

In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, attending theatrical shows, and visiting historical sites around the nation.
