Working with Vesta was so easy. From calling to schedule a quote to Hailey's Carpet securing my carpet back, all steps were seamless. Everybody was professional, kind, efficient, and very helpful. I was given the names of who was going to arrive at each step of the process and they showed up on time (or early).
Sydney was always very upbeat and helpful.

I had three companies that I was going to compare. One didn't answer the phone, (I called a couple times) and never called back. The second, told me that the service guys make their own appointments and I didn't receive a call until the next week. I called Vesta and was greeted with a friendly voice and my appointment was scheduled right away. First impressions, to me, reveal a lot.
