Radio ad...9yrs. Ago..and have had it serviced every yr. since. We like that we get a yearly phone call to remind us it,s service time. This yr. we got a new battery. We love the service you give and feel a little more comfortable that this sump pump system is doing its job. Thankyou to Joel and cam..pleasant and very knowledgeable.
