From my initial contact with Karen, to the consult with Jeff, coordinating the install date with Tara, and working with Kevin and his crew...this experience has been amazing. I felt like I was heard and not pressured into anything I didn't want. Any questions I had at any time were answered. I felt very comfortable having this work done on my house. The staff is amazing!
