Not all crawlspaces have dirt floors as in the case of Ornetta G. in Fergus, ON. Her crawlspace is more like a short basement. Omni Basement Systems waterproofed with an internal drain system and a wall membrane. Omni also upgraded the existing sump pump. 

Joan had a crawlpace in her split level home in Caledonia and needed to waterproof plus insulate. 

Omni installed their patented drain drain system with a Sump system and foam insulation to the walls. 

Jason & Kim T. had a damp unhealthy crawlspace in Puslinch, on. Omni Basement systems inspected the crawlspace and recommended an encapsulation process. This proces involves covering the dirt floor with an impenetrable vapor barrier. First, all organic materials and debris have to be removed and the dirt floor leveled. Once this is done Omni can apply the Cleanspace drainage matting and the Cleanspace liner. 
The Cleanspace liner is a 20 mil thick liner that is tear resistant and mold resistant. This liner will stop any moisture from coming out of the dirt and into the air space. Next thing to do is to dehumidify the air. 

Omni Basement Systems repaired a crawlspace in Acton, ON. Omni installed Cleanspace vapor barrier over the dirt floor, Silverglow insulation on the walls, a sump pump and a Sanidry dehumidifier to take care of any remaining humidity. To help with the sagging floor joists and main beam, Omni installed SmartJacks.
The customer says that their crawlspace smells nice and it is warmer. The floors upstairs are now solid. 

John has a house in Campbellsville with a dirt floor. In order to protect the house from rot due to moisture, John wanted to add a Vapor barrier tot he crawlspace. Omni Basement Systems added Cleanspace liner which is a 20mil thick liner over the soil and sealed it up to the walls so moisture cannot come into the crawlspace air.
