Omni basement Systems fixed this problem with an patented drain system called WaterGuard.  The wall membrane that was used is cleanspace. Cleanspace is 14mil thick and has cord reinforcing. It will not come off the wall and looks nicer than the regular brown bubble board.

omni upgraded his existing pit to include the great Zoeller M63 cast iron sump pump and attached the UltraSump 4 battery back-up system. Also installed is the WaterWatch alarm system which puts out an audible alarm if the water gets high in the pit.
