From the time I made my initial call to OMNI BASEBEMENTS to enquire about the leak I had in my basement.  The secretary who returned my voice mail was very pleasant and returned my call promptly.  An Appointment was set up for OMNI basements to come and inspect my basement.    A package was sent to my home with all the information about this company and a detailed book of all their products. At first I thought this was over the top, such a nice booklet about all their products, but this did give an opportunity to read and be knowledgeable about their products.  Lou then came to my home and inspected my basement.  From there we sat and discussed my options. Lou was very informative and knew the products very well.  I agreed to have the work done feeling very satisfied I was making the correct decisions.  Lou did not try to sell me more than what was required.  Truly professional.   When the work crew came out to my home, I can’t tell you enough how impressed I was.  From the moment the trucks arrived, I was greeted by the supervisor, who introduced himself and his work crew.  Right from the get-go,  great care was taken providing mats to cover my existing flooring.  The crew started immediately and worked like a well-oiled machine.  Each member of the team worked very hard, other than the jackhammer, the noise was to a minimum.  They respected that this was my home and every measure they took was that of utmost care.    The end result was perfection.  Not one thing was done half-heartedly.  Even the garden where the pipe was coming out of the house was done so with such care.  The supervisor felt it best to bury the pipe keeping the garden undisturbed.  He even went the extra mile to tuck in a bit of cement where one of the stones was taken away, so esthetically you would never know.    I cannot thank OMNI basements for doing such a wonderful job.  I wish I could express to others that if you are considering work to be done in your home, this company has good old fashioned values, they take pride in their workmanship, very polite, professional work crew from start to finish.  Clean up was such a pleasant surprise.  They even pulled up the truck on my driveway, came back out, swept a few remaining stones that fell on my driveway.  Again, the work ethics of this company is top rate!
