This homeowner was constantly frustrated with the pooling water in their cottage crawl space in Kapigog Lake. We installed a full encapsulation, which is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve your home and protects from mould and rot. A SmartSump® Premier Sump Pump System and UltraSump® Battery Back-Up was installed so that the crawlspace would stay dry in case of a power outage or pump failures.

Our client wanted to completely encapsulate their crawl space.

Once our System Design Specialist, Robert Langton, went to assess the home, he concluded that CleanSpace™ and drainage matting would need to be installed. Once the plan was established, Installation Foreman, Jose Martinez, and his team got to work. 

After the work was completed our clients were thrilled with the results!

This home in Baysville, ON had an inadequate sump liner and pump. The crawlspace still had water everywhere despite having two of those pumps. One of our professional waterproofing teams installed a SmartSump™ Crawl Space Sump Pump System to fix this Baysville, ON homeowner's water problem.

This customer was tired of cold floors and a musty smell in their vacation home. Also, there was lots of space in the crawlspace for storage, but they could not utilize it as it was always damp and filthy. 

 We installed our patented CleanSpace® Vapour Barrier on the walls and over the damp dirt floor. The last step was spray foam application between the floor joist to help seal out the moist air. Problem solved permanently!  

This crawlspace was dealing with high humidity, mould and a rot problem. We fixed up the crawlspace and installed a complete encapsulation system to prevent future problems.
