This customers crawlspace in Brechin, Ontario had been taken over by critters both large and small. Clarke Basement Systems was called to take care of this problem and make sure it would not happen again. A cleanup, encapsulation was performed giving protection from mould and rot, and will also be inhospitable to termites, cockroaches, ants, crickets, and many other pests that need excess moisture to survive. We also sealed all access point that the critters had been entering through. This crawlspace is now a healthy, usable space and the customer is relieved. 

A cottage in West Guillfrord, ON had a complete encapsulation on the inside, making it clean and dry and ready to sell. The contractor for this project also requested a new entrance for the crawlspace so that it was no longer outdated when they tried to sell the cottage. Our foreman came up with this simple design to make the entrance more welcoming and up to date. 

This crawlspace in Orillia, Ontario had a history of floods. On the day of installation, there was more than a foot of water to evacuate before production could start. We installed a SuperSump® Premier Sump Pump System to control water seepage and the CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to prolong the health of the floor joists. Now this space is used as a reliable storage space for the customer.

A homeowner in Innisfil, Ontario, was looking to make their crawl space dry, healthy and support some of the floor joists for future improvements on the main level of the home. A full encapsulation with CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier was installed as well as AprilAire dehumidifier to prevent mould, mold and odors. SmartJack™ Crawl Space Stabilizers were installed with a supplementary beam supporting the floor joists. The customer feels comfortable doing renovations to the upper level of the home thanks to our guarantee of a dry, safe, healthy and supported crawl space. 

A home in Bethany, Ontario had water flowing under the foundation wall and into the crawlspace. The homeowner called Clarke Basement Systems to fix the problem before it got worse.  We used the CleanSpace® encapsulation along with a new Sump Pump to completely fix the issue. Now the home is dry and healthy!
