Everything was great from start to finish. Speaking to the appointment center was very polite and really tried to get someone out to my home quickly. As soon as the salesman was done looking at my house, he gave me my estimate right away!! I've never seen that before, I jumped on the opportunity and booked the job right away. The crew was extremely quick and professional, I had some questions during the installation process and they gladly answered every question. My favorite part was the cleanup, there was no dust, it was like they were never here!

Our home had a crawlspace that was neglected since it was originally built and we finally had it encapsulated this year. Surprised how quick the job was done and the crew was very attentive to my questions and concerns throughout the process.

In February 2019 our basement flooded, nearly two years after another foundation repair company came in to fix the flooding we had in our basement in June 2017. The other company did a poor job, and we decided to look for a better company. We called The Foundation Guys, and the entire experience was exceptional. Denis, the sales rep, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and reassuring. He provided an exceptional consultation, the quote was fairly priced, and the work guaranteed (which was a big deal for us). The crew were amazing, all of this in 1.5 days of work; incredible!  Since then, our basement has been water-tight, dry-as-a-bone, and we've been able to sleep at night confident that whenever it rains, we dont have to fear anything leaking into the basement. We gained peace of mind from an incredible, professional crew, which I can't put a price on.

The guys were very professional and very upfront with all the steps for the project and they fast and efficient. They were fast and efficient, we were quoted for 3 days and they were done in 2. I would recommend them hands down.  

 We had checked other cheaper companies but right from the moment I saw the website and reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. Every communication was excellent! Michelle responded timely professionally always kept us informed.  Paul, our sales guy was on time, friendly and knowledgeable , no pushy sales pitch just good solid information.  The installation guys called before arriving, arrived on time and got straight to work.  Joel was friendly and professional , the crew got in and got out leaving a professional job and the site clean and ready to go.  The cost was higher then other companies but you get what you pay for. We plan to spend the rest of our life in this home and never having to worry about floods again is a gift to ourselves. This job couldn’t have gone any better and we couldn’t be happier.  Thank you !!
