In these photos, you can see the renovation we made for a homeowner in Cobourg, Ontario. The basement wall was dealing with a significant bowing issue, along with a concerning horizontal crack that was beginning to form. Such signs of foundation trouble could have led to serious future damage if left unhandled. We installed three PowerBrace galvanized steel beams to address and fix the issues, supporting the basement walls back to safety and stability.
