  John's Waterproofing came out and encapsulated my crawlspace two years ago. When I decided it was time to finish my basement, they were the only company I called. Throughout the process the crew has been very respectful, clean and thorough. They made sure that my entire basement was sealed off and covered in plastic so that they did not get dirt or mud anywhere in my basement during the process. Manuel answered my questions when I had them and did not mind when I popped my head in to check on their progress. I was very happy with the work they did. Now the space fits with the rest of my finished basement.

  We want to thank you and your crew for the intensive work put forth in our crawl space. The workers put in three long days of dirty, sweaty, claustrophobic work down there and left it looking like the grandkids could play in it! Ok, kidding there! We appreciated the care they took in shielding with heavy plastic the area around our crawl space entry in order to keep dirt and dust from our living area. And what may seem trite but was a plus to our ears one floor above them was that the men always seemed happy to be at their work. Ramon kept us informed of every step and was a real comfort to us when we had concerns about this or that. We can't praise him high enough. Thank you all!!!!
