Vapor liner likely need replacement for crawl space. There are signs of standing water previously. The crawl space is approximately 2-3 feet in height. Looking for a quote to have it replaced. Also, if there is any mold or rotting, would that be something that you may be able to repair?

I cleaned out all the debris under the house and pulled up as much of the old rotted plastic, but before laying down new plastic vapor barrier I thought I'd get an expert to look at it and advise if something more needs to be done.

I need the old vapor barrier torn out and replaced, along with a small amount of insulation in the crawl space of a rental home.
