Daniel has been with us since early 2016. Previously he had experience in construction work and customer service. When starting at John's Waterproofing, he worked on an install crew. Through his hard work, friendly attitude, and outgoing personality it was made clear that his talents were well suited for the front lines for our customers to experience great service. He then moved to a service technician position, where he can help customers resolve issues and maintain their waterproofing systems.

Daniel enjoys getting to meet new people each day and getting to help homes have systems in tip-top shape so their homes can remain dry and healthy throughout the years.

He is always quick and accurate with the design solutions he provides to our customers and is flexible to suit their schedules. These qualities make him an important asset to our company and our customers. Daniel is proud to work for John's Waterproofing, where he is an employee, not just a number.

Daniel leads a fun life outside of work with his family. He is a happily married father of four children. They love to explore nature and do fun family activities together. Daniel also enjoys going fishing and shooting.

John's Waterproofing is fantastic. If you have water or suspect water issues in your house, they get rid of the problem and create a healthier environment for your family. Robyn came out, crawled around in my crawlspace. Told me why I have water, What damage it's doing to my house, where it is and what needs to be done to fix it. The evaluation was free and informative. Delfino and Juan came in, tarped off the entire area and finished the job in a day. Looks clean and effective! They were friendly too.

I'm new to the area, and our inspection called for vapor barrier repair, I called several places to get quotes, and Daniel Mitchel came out, took a look in the crawlspace and gave us a rundown on what our options were. He did a great job of explaining the benefits of each option. This is all unfamiliar stuff to me so it was great hearing about the process. Our budget is really tight, and the scope of work we chose was significantly less than the other competitive bids we received for what we needed. Were really happy we found John's and called them.

I could not have gotten better customer service.. Daniel exceeded my expectations. He took significant time to educate me on what I could expect throughout the process. Adjusted his schedule to my needs. for the install, I cannot say enough good things about Lupe, David and Davi. They were great at their jobs. They were consistently pleasant and courteous throughout the four days they worked on my crawlspace. I will remember each one of them always. After they left on day 4 my neighbor came over specifically to tell me how impressed she was with the cleanup job they did on the driveway. Copy that.

I needed to find someone that would check out the crawl space of a manufactured home. Not sure how many companies I contacted until I found John's Waterproofing. Daniel called and asked if he could arrive early for the scheduled appointment. Daniel suited up and went into the crawl space. I was not looking forward to his report as I had been advised that there seemed to be a mold problem. Daniel's report was so welcoming to me - that beside mice, he found a pipe from the water heater for over flow that is not a major problem. Daniel was very professional and shared information with me that I didn't have a clue about. Thank you Daniel.
