  100% of my interactions were with positive, caring, friendly people.  From Sammy at the start, with the office team in scheduling, and all the on-site team, particularly team leader Luis and the electrician Chris, everyone was smiling, helpful, and focused.  All seemed very intent on providing the best service possible. Thank you and thank all the individuals.  Very impressed with the people! I’m going to put you up on our HOA website when I get a few minutes, as our recommended contractor.

   One of your crews came out to my house a few weeks ago to complete a job. They arrived within the time window, were polite, transparent about the work that they were doing and after some rain, I can vouch that they did quality work. Thank you. It's a comfort to know that there are companies out there that take pride in what they do and you can trust them.

  I’m becoming quite familiar with John’s Waterproofing and the excellent service. We’re just finishing up with a complete encapsulation at my home. After a flood event, we discovered that the crawl space was a real mess. Not anymore! Thanks to your hard-working crews at John’s Waterproofing.

  This service was excellent from the sales person (Jacob) who was knowledgeable and not pushy. He explained the entire process and could easily answer my questions. The drainage system was installed quickly and professionally. The installers were courteous and cleaned up nicely after the job. They were very professional and clearly had my best interest at heart. They were excellent. This is one of a few companies that I have found here that I feel are trustworthy. Thank you for solving my problem efficiently, timely and worth the cost.

  Luis and his crew, Eucevio and Jorge completed the first phase of the encapsulation today. They did an excellent job. Luis kept me informed daily of their progress and answered all of my wife's and my questions. Luis is the epitome of customer service and a true asset to your company.

  Luis and his crew were courteous and kept us informed each day of what they planned to do and accomplished. They explained things well and answered all of our questions. They protected our belongings and cleaned up each day. Austin was so nice and patient with us and helped determine the best placemat of the equipment. Definitely recommend John’s Waterproofing.
