Chase joined the John's Waterproofing team when he finished school. He has since continued his education by taking waterproofing courses and earning the title Certified Waterproofing Specialist. Chase has a passion for customer service and his favorite part of the job is getting to help our clients. He enjoys ensuring that each customers system is working best for their home. His dedication to providing top notch service and knowledge about our systems earned him the Service Manager position in 2024, where he continues to thrive.

In his free time, Chase enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys riding his Harley and Dirt Bike.

I had to invest a significant amount of money for this job and I was nervous about my decision. However, I am happy to say that I got my money's worth and that JWP met all of my expectations. The design specialist spent the time required to make sure his bid completely addressed my needs and he presented a competitive bid. Manuel and crew worked hard and kept everything clean. After they finished, I reported that there was some water build-up under a section of the Clean Space liner, Jake came out to inspect the very next day, and then Manuel and crew resolved the problem about a week later (and also replaced a defective Sani-Dry unit). JW did a great job for me.
