Austin started his career working in construction and has worked for Johns Waterproofing since 2015. He lives locally, calling Scotts Mills home, and had heard about Johns reputation around town and wanted to join our crew.

Austin is a service technician and specializes in home visits where he does thorough inspections of our pervious jobs to ensure that our products are in tip-top shape and working properly. Austin enjoys getting to work at his own pace, he is a strong believer that the job should be done right the first time around by paying attention to details. Each home is different and each job should be reviewed on a case by case basis to learn what problems had been occurring so we can be sure that our system has solved the clients waterproofing needs.

In his free time, Austin can be found on his farm, enjoying the outdoors and getting to work with his hands.

The deign Specialist did a very good job explaining the proposed solution and was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection of the house and issue. He took the time to understand our concerns and then developed a good solution to the issue that I had confidence in. The company seemed to have the knowledge, expertise and experience to resolve our sump pump/drainage issues. All of the people at the company that I interfaced with seem to feel good about the company and it shows in their attitude and work ethic. The crew was excellent. They worked extremely hard. The work required digging trenches and laying pipe and they did a great job covering the trenches and returning the ground to as close to the way it was prior to the work. The crew was courteous and friendly. They pointed out something in the original design that was not optimal and were able to correct it so that the system will work properly. The first rains will prove that everything is working correctly but I am happy with the work and confident if there were any issues that the company would make it correct.

Love you, mean it! From initial contact to completion, the job was a joy. The crew took better care of our things than I do...I appreciate everything, from start to stop! If everyone gave the service your company did, on ALL levels, people would WISH for basement and drainage problems just so they could hire you and want their $ to support your business. Johns Waterproofing did a fantastic job of cleaning up my crawl space, from the presentation to the final touches. Everyone at Johns Waterproofing wants to see your issues resolved, and when they’re done, they want you to be happy with what they did. They are willing to guarantee their work, and when you accept all of their recommendations, your project may qualify for a transferable warrantee as well. We had a spring under our guest room, and our original builder didn’t adequately provide for that. The work he did was deteriorating at a rapid rate, until one day we were forced to confront the issue again. Not only did they remove all of our original builders “make-shift, work around” debris, but they actually, permanently fixed the issue to a point where they were willing to warrantee the project “forever”, allowing us to transfer their warrantee to any new owner, should we ever decide to sell our house. I accepted all of their recommendations, and not only did they resolve all of our crawl space issues, our electric and gas bills have been significantly reduced as a result of the things they did in my new, clean space. We couldn’t be happier with Johns Waterproofing, and their crews. Each and every member of Johns Waterproofing we came in contact with was very hard working, personable, and professional. We had two crews working in our crawl space and every single person was concerned about how they protected our house above the crawl space as well. They put plastic sheeting up on all the walls and floors, and cleaned up every day before they left. I can’t say enough good things about the work force at Johns Waterproofing. I was impressed with everyone. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? You bet I would, and that recommendation would come with my highest rating as well. I hope this helps you decide to choose Johns Waterproofing for your basement or crawl space issues. I really believe, you’ll be as happy as I was with our completed project. They did a great job for us, and from what've I read in previous reviews, my results weren’t an accident. These guys know what they’re doing. Jim
