  Pedro was so thorough on our crawlspace, he really took the time to answer all of my questions. Cory and David also came out to do some plumbing work, and were also great. John's Waterproofing has incredible employees.

  One of my wife's friends mentioned you now had plumbing, local, your plumber + apprentice seemed squared away on the estimate visit (and throughout). The whole process went well. My floor needed work, which was no surprise, but was confirmed when the old equip was taken out. The water heats and flows to the right places. They answered my questions and kept on task. The work of Cory and David was my "happy dollar".

  Dear friends at John's Waterproofing, I wanted to reach out on behalf of the staff and students at Robert Frost Elementary to say thank you for your partnership in sending your plumbers to the school garden area. We greatly appreciate the knowledgeable advice and help installing our new watering system. We are very grateful for your generosity.   Kayla did a great job working around my schedule and finding a perfect time for me. The estimate process was spot on and the follow through service was excellent. Cory and David did a great job explaining what they would work on first, and then reviewed how much time it would take. They then proceeded to do an excellent job with the entire plumbing repair. They were super thorough, and they were very skilled and knowledgeable. Plus they were very upfront and easy to work with.

  I don't give many reviews, but every once in a while someone does an exceptional job. That is the case with David the plumber from Johns Waterproofing. I had a worker in my home break off a water feed line at the wall, water went everywhere. I called Johns to get a plumber. They made a special effort to get someone out to survey the damage. Things got stabilized and I was told that they would be back first thing in the morning. David said 7:00 AM, before his regular days work. He was there at 6:30 the next morning and did a great job fixing my serious problem. Sometimes price doesn’t mean a thing. Service means everything! Thanks

  Initially I went to get quotes from a few companies, but the other guys charged you, just to come quote. I am soo happy I went with John's Waterproofing. They're customer service is great and they did not charge me for the quote. The work was done in a timely manner and they had good Covid protocols. I felt like I could ask them questions and they answered without being bothered and they listened to my observations regarding my water issues. That is a lot as a woman head of household, I am amazed at how many installers, plumbers, or other service providers "don't listen" because of the customer being a woman. I've tested it by having my male neighbor be present and I am treated differently. Thank you John's Waterproofing, for Great, quality and fair service.
