Robin has been with John's Waterproofing for over 25 years. He began his work with the crew doing installations, from here he moved into being a System Designer. As the company got bigger, he was promoted to General Manager. Once the founder, John, was ready to retire in 2019, Robin knew he wanted to take over as the owner of the company to ensure it stuck to its roots of being the leader in waterproofing throughout the PNW.

He understands exactly what goes into each position and the amount of work involved as he has worked within the company and been apart of its evolution. This gives him the ability to best support the team and ensure that our crews get the training and tools needed to give customers the quality they deserve. In his free time, Robin enjoys spending time with his wife, working around the house, and riding his motorcycle.

John's Waterproofing is a company that's number one focus is client satisfaction. I would highly recommend then. From the very beginning of the process they are professional. From returning your phone calls to showing up on time when they said they would. Getting a written bid and not change that bid regardless if additional work was required to get the job done. The crew shows up on time work fast and is very clean and respectful in regards to your home. Once the work is complete they explain what they did and confirm you do not have any additional questions or concerns.

John's Waterproofing is fantastic. If you have water or suspect water issues in your house, they get rid of the problem and create a healthier environment for your family. Robyn came out, crawled around in my crawlspace. Told me why I have water, What damage it's doing to my house, where it is and what needs to be done to fix it. The evaluation was free and informative. Delfino and Juan came in, tarped off the entire area and finished the job in a day. Looks clean and effective! They were friendly too.
