Throughout his career, his favorite part has always been getting to design systems that the customer can get excited about. With that in mind, Sammy is glad to be working at John's Waterproofing, where his job is just that; discuss a homes water issues and design the solution that is catered to them. Knowing that his work directly leads to the customers living a healthier and happier life in their home makes him happy to be a part of our team.

Sammy enjoys the perks of living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and kids, they enjoy taking their two dogs on hikes through the lush green trails in Oregon, and kayaking.

100% of my interactions were with positive, caring, friendly people. From Sammy at the start, with the office team in scheduling, and all the on-site team, particularly team leader Luis and the electrician Chris, everyone was smiling, helpful, and focused. All seemed very intent on providing the best service possible. Thank you and thank all the individuals. Very impressed with the people! I’m going to put you up on our HOA website when I get a few minutes, as our recommended contractor.

We contacted John's for an assessment of our earthquake readiness. Turns out we also needed to upgrade the waterproofing in our crawlspace. We had the work done this May. The crew was efficient, courteous and finished on time. There was one complication after they were done, and someone came back immediately and fixed it. We are now earthquake proof and dry!
