When I bought the house 2 years ago, the home inspection revealed water in the crawl space. As part of the closing a sump pump had to be installed. On the recommendation of my realtor, your company was selected. Evidently they have done a lot of work with you in the past and were confident in your knowledge and expertise. The work I just had done was a annual inspection of the crawlspace and sump pump. Austin was punctual and did a efficient inspection. We also discussed encapsulating my crawlspace. Austin provided detailed information of what was involved and answered all my questions and left me some material on the advantages and process. I received a timely quote of proposed work from Kayla Cree. Unfortunately $16K + is a bit out of my range right now. I was thinking of seeing if the job could be done piece meal in small $$$ chunks or look at other options, Since Austin did not find any urgent work that needed to be done at this time.
