I called to inquire about a contractor/ plumber to help remedy a mystery ceiling leak I've been dealing with for 9 months. Your office manager recommended that I call Eric Green of Colin's Custom Builds. Eric came and reviewed the issue, quickly assessing possible sources for the leak. We booked an appointment and along with Cory and David, plumber extraordinaires from John's Waterproofing, the origin of the leak was discovered and dealt with in under 3 hours. I can't say enough about the efficiency, professionalism and courtesy exhibited by these men. I felt like they genuinely cared about the plumbing issue that's plagued me for so long, and were invested in finding a solution. As a bonus, they were meticulously tidy! It's hard to find service and expertise like this... my sincere gratitude to all of you.
