Delfino turned a very loud, extremely messy and unbelievably stressful process into a well-managed and easy experience. He and his crew were prompt, he called with arrival times and lunch departures as well as noise warnings, followed through on all unusual things he discovered, and offered solutions. He really put us at ease and gave us a lot of confidence John's Waterproofing was the right choice. We have a high water table and water was gathering under basement tile, which resulted in our entire finished basement needing to be demo'd. Definitely not a fun experience, but they were neat, clean and detailed. He is a real asset to your company and it was a pleasure working with him and his crew! Vinnie had come to give the estimate, and he was super at assuring us this would be done right and well. Thank you so much!
