We are very impressed with the service provided by John’s Waterproofing. They installed a sump pump system for us about six years ago in our new home . The system has worked perfectly until last night , one of the pumps failed . I called them at 8:00 this morning and by 9:00 they had a new pump installed. I call that customer service ! Often after making a sale , a company doesn’t know you anymore. John’s Waterproofing is awesome!! Chase Milner was our serviceman today and he explained the situation completely. We couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!
