Excellent service! From our initial phone call to John’s Waterproofing, customer service listened to our concerns, and arranged a date and time for a Mark to come and inspect the area. A plan of action was put in place, and a few weeks later, Miguel, Andy and Jose arrived to perform the work. Miguel and his team were absolutely fantastic! We can’t recommend them highly enough for your basement clean up and, in our case, steel beam installation. A++
