I just wanted you & your management to know that I was very impressed with the work, ethics & attitudes of the installation team that you sent to do the foundation support job at my home. Although the working conditions were miserable and many tools were near or past their practical life cycles... these guys shrugged it off, worked around the issues and got the job done ahead of schedule!

More importantly, they maintained great attitudes despite the unforeseen difficulties and continued an uninterrupted pace of progress throughout the job.

I would ask that these gents receive some recognition from your management.
