My only criticism was my displeasure when after the first portion of the job was completed, the installation of the sump system and french drains, I received a call requesting an additional 25% down of the project balance after already paying 25% down at the time I signed the contract with Deryl. I found that to be a poor business practice that could have halted the project.
Drew and the Crew did a great job. Arrived as scheduled, answered all questions courteously and made sure we were aware that the de-humidifier could not be installed as they completed the project due to a back order of the equipment.
