Our Overall Service
4/5 due to high cost, long scheduling times. Work was done efficiently and well once crew was on site. Bid was about 30% higher but included filling trenches with rock which was desirable to us. The repair/installation of the trench drainage and sump pump are working very well. We no longer have any standing water in our crawl space. Very happy with results.
Scheduling Appointment
Scheduling was months out. Due to the extremely wet weather this Winter and Spring, this ended up being a good thing.
Sales Process
We were given the full range of services available to address our crawl space water issue and the advantages and disadvantages to different solutions. Did not feel pressured.
Project Manager
Electrical did not get scheduled to coincide with stated contract (electrician was supposed to come the last day of the project). While this did get corrected, and the electrical was completed just a week after the project was completed, it cost me a full day of waiting for the electrician and trying to find out what had happened. I am very satisfied with how this got resolved however. Mistakes sometimes happen and this was not something that created major issues.
