Sales Process
Our sales rep was good but some of what he said didn't match what the installation crew found. Might be helpful to have someone from the installation crew be part of the sales presentation.
Project Manager
Good - we had two project managers and they were both great to work with.
Our Installation Crew
The crew was amazing!! They went above and beyond to accommodate our sons sensory needs. He has a very difficult time with loud noises and the crew made every effort to help him. They did some of the work at the shop instead of on sight to reduce the noise level and they sent us texts to warn us when it would be loud so that we could get out of the house. They even organized their work so that on his birthday they left early and did work at the shop so that he could have a quiet birthday!! They were kind and worked hard. They stayed late multiple days to get the job done. We are so happy with their work!
The Cleanup Process
Every day the crew made sure to sweep up and clean their worksite. They were the cleanest crew we've had do work on our house. In fact, our garage and crawl space is cleaner now than when they started:)
