My garage has a basement. The garage basement ceiling had significant spall damage. Keystone Basement Systems installed the EverBrace system to the ceiling along with support beams which were installed with their own foundation into the ground rather than just sitting on the basement floor. Before the repair, when the car was pulled out of the garage, there was a definite "clunk, clunk" sound as each set of wheels exited the garage, indicating that the floor was moving. After the installation, there is no more "clunk, clunk" upon exiting. The price was higher than I would have liked, but now I have peace of mind. The installation took a day longer than anticipated, but over all I am happy with the work.
