Great job all the way around, beginning with our personable sales representative James Watson. He surveyed our needs, answered all of our questions thoroughly and offered a sound solution with documentation backup. The removal of our garage rusting support column with a new galvanized smart jack was performed by Elijah and his crew. The crew was also very knowledgeable and personable, they did a great job and cleaned up very well afterward. They were very patient and patiently answered all my questions.There was no long waiting time between first sales rep contact and job completion. One week later the job was completed. Very efficient and unusual in this trade. Very satisfied with t Keystone Basements and would recommend this company.

James Watson was excellent, knowledgeable , very personable and came well-prepared with documentation, a packet of materials and samples of the steel materials to be used with the job. Very impressed. We were glad that we signed on with this contract.
