  My experience with Ridgeback Basements was professional from start to finish. All my questions were answered and my concerns put to rest from the get go. Khris and his crew did a great job with Khris always responsive and available to take my calls/texts and kept me informed every step of the way.   I would suggest that your company make available (and suggest that people utilize) references. There are too many fly-by-night contractors and had I not have had a second opinion done by a friend of a friend who knew of your company I would have insisted on references prior to having work done. Making them available without asking creates that additional piece of mind.

  When you crew arrived at first I did not get the feeling they knew what to do but by opening up dialog, asking them alot of questions did I feel they knew what they were doing. Your staff at the office were great to deal with.

  The recommendation for a separate circuit for the sump pump was a surprise. I am comfortable with the solution we have in place but I think that this should be made more apparent to the customer in the future. Perhaps it was in our case, but i simply can't recall. in the end, it's not a big deal.

  I didn't think there was any solution to our wet basement except to put in a new one. This was so easier/cheaper and has made my life much better not worrying about turning on the pump when it rains. I am also having the procedure done at my father's house. Great solution for older basements!
