What a very good company to work with. Everything explained by our basement specialist Jared, how the system works what is involved in the installation. Then the crew comes to the house and does exactly what Jared said that they would do. Very aware of keeping the house clean even though they had many trips from the basement to their truck and back. The whole system is working well so far and I am anticipating only good things going forward. A big THANK-You to Jared, Sidney, Akhiem, Nathan and of course the administrator Amanda.

Still getting water in one of the areas worked on, which is disappointing. Contacted salesperson with that info and he (Steve) assured me they'd look after it. Hopeful that this can happen soon.Overall, we have been most pleased with your willingness to address our needs in a speedy manner, as waiting would have led to further water damage. I cannot stress enough how important this willingness was in our decision to go with Ridgeback. Based on this positive experience, we are hopeful your folks can address the leak referred to above.
