Fady Younan

Fady Younan is our experienced Director of Training and Customer Experience. With expertise in business development and customer experience, Fady has perfected exceptional communication and presentation skills, which he uses to maximize the effectiveness of his training and the engagement of our sales teams.

In his role as a trainer, Fady guides our specialists through complex sales processes, offering strategies tailored to the specific needs of each team. He spends a significant amount of time observing sales interactions in the field, analyzing customer behaviors, and proposing concrete solutions to improve performance. His approach combines interpersonal skills and technical knowledge to ensure that each team member masters the art of sales while meeting customer expectations.

Fady finds great satisfaction in helping teams overcome challenges and improve their results. According to him, each training session is an opportunity to share diverse experiences and develop new approaches to meet the specific needs of clients. He deeply values continuous learning and being part of a dynamic, high-performing sales team.

Outside of work, Fady enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his children. Additionally, he stays in shape mainly by playing basketball and engaging in other sports activities.
