Khessy Sousa

Khessy Sousa serves as an internal sales representative at Systèmes Sous-sol Québec.

On a daily basis, she supports homeowners throughout their decision-making process by following up on proposals that have already been submitted and helping customers find the solution best suited to their needs. Her role involves communicating with customers, answering their questions, understanding their concerns, and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Thanks to her service-oriented, attentive, and results-driven approach, she helps deliver an excellent customer experience while working closely with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and sound opportunity management.

Outside of work, Khessy enjoys working out at the gym, boxing, traveling, spending time with friends, and listening to music.
