AUG.01,2025 Mr. Nicolas Giroux, representative from” SYSTEMES SOUS-SOL QC,” came to the house. I needed a sump pump system in my house, because of the flooding that occurred last August 2024. He proceeded to inspect the periphery of the house and the basement. Mr. Giroux took the time to explain to me some of the problems that he saw regarding the house. After analyzing the problem, Mr. Giroux concluded that all I needed to solve the problem was a backwater valve. I was completely stunned by Mr. Giroux's honesty and integrity.
