The office staff was pleasant, well organized, and responsive. The representative was factual, low-key sell, adequate time for questions, and was available by phone. We chose All-Dry because of the presentation and "Crawl Space Science" book and that it was a national company and local business. So impressed with Jose and crew. Professional, hard working, worked long hours to meet install deadlines, cleaned-up daily; they care about the work they do. Incredible job!!!

The installation crew was wonderful, especially Bobby Quinn. The system was the only one I thought would work, others recommended digging ditches around the house, and bringing in soil to slope away from the house, etc.

I am very satisfied with the job performed! I can honestly say that the job was done in my crawl space is as advertised in the All-Dry brochure. I dealt mostly with Francisco who I found to be exceptionally polite and professional. Upon completion, Francisco explained my new system in detail. I had very limited with the office staff, although, they did contact me to confirm the date and time of the install. During that conversation, I found the office staff to be very courteous. Mike Seigler seemed to have a good understanding of the All-Dry system. I had no idea how to fix the water problem under my house. Mike gave me a solution to my water problem by way of the All-Dry system. The clean up was satisfactory. After hearing Mike's presentation and researching All-Dry on the internet, I felt that this was the system that would work for my home. I was very impressed with the brochures and the website. I was so sure that this is what was right for me, I didn't even look at any other companies. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the job that was done and with the installation crew.

Everyone there was courteous, had good follow up, the salesperson was knowledgeable and on time. Two of the crew worked well together. All-Dry was recommended by a friend/business associate who had had some work done at his house to repair a crack/separation between his basement floor and walls. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful during all interactions. I called several times before the work was performed with questions that were always answered to my satisfaction. The representative had a good presentation and personality. He called ahead, and also took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He left his contact information, and I called him later to ask a few more questions before agreeing to schedule the work. I chose All-Dry because of independent internet research, a trusted friend's recommendation/endorsement, and the fact that this sort of work was the company's specialty, not just something they did on the side. The crew arrived within the time range I was given. I really only had interaction with the foreman, Jose, but I would say from what I could judge, the crew was very courteous and respectful. I inspected the work personally. No complaints! They even saved the pieces of sod they dug out to install the drain line and put them back in the same place. The grass is still alive! I really want to commend the crew for their excellent work. They worked a very long day in a difficult work environment, and with no complaints. Besides that, the quality of their work appeared to be excellent. They ran a drainage pipe underneath a sidewalk rather than cutting the cement (which probably would have been easier). I really appreciated that! Special thanks to Jose and the guys!

So far so good (it has been less than a month)! The installation crew were great! Professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Some pest control companies in the area to the same work but I preferred some one with focused experience, meaning this isn't a sideline for them. That is why I chose All-Dry.
