Approximately 2 weeks ago you completed an installation of your All Dry Basement System in my home. I live in Columbia, SC in a 90 year old house bulit over a crawl space. I wanted to commend you on the crew that you sent to do the work. They arrived on Monday about 9:10 am and were there until about 7 pm. On Tuesday, they arrived at about 8:50 am and stayed until the job was done, which was about 8 pm. The crew was terrific. They were fastidious and did a very complete job. They were very professional and also courteous. I am so pleased with the work they did and would recommend them highly. As far as the basement solution, it is fantastic. I had called initially because my house, particularly in the summer, had a musty smell. It wasn't bad, but it was there. After the installation of the All Dry System there is no smell and the house seems much cleaner and cooler. It was all I could have hoped for. Please feel free to use my name if you come across any reluctant potential customers who may be unsure. This system does what it says and is well worth the cost. If someone's roof were leaking they would have no choice but to fix it. I think this has equal significance but it is something that could be ignored. It is well worth the price.

I've never seen anyone work as hard as the crew of 3 at my home. They also answered my questions and concerns, we couldn't even tell they were here. Found you online and was impressed with such an informative website. Lee was very friendly and professional. Alex showed up on time and did not pressure me in any way. All-Dry was not the cheapest estimate I received but once the brochure arrived in the mail and after meeting Alex Rogers I felt comfortable trusting this company to do the job right. So far so good (it has been less than a month)! The installation crew were great! Professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Some pest control companies in the area to the same work but I preferred some one with focused experience, meaning this isn't a sideline for them. That is why I chose All-Dry.

The cleanup was completely satisfactory- I still can't figure how they kept the cover so clean. The finished job was even better than I expected. Operation was extensive-leveling and clearing the dirt floor. We're considering converting our crawlspace to a spare guest room.

John, I will not waste your time detailing that which you already know. I must however admit that I have never observed three men accomplish an almost inhuman amount of taxing work in such a small time, and have every aspect of their work performed in an exceptional or perfect manner. I was a contract coordinator for Florida Power & Light before retirement. You are a fortunate man to have these three men as employees. I could go on and on but will wait to see the completion of my project before expounding. By the way, your product looks fantastic and without a doubt solves my problem and adds uncounted thousands of dollars to the value of this property. My kids will like that. Thanks! Chris
