Lori S. has lived and owned a home in Bishopville, SC for most of her life. She has always taken pride in her home as a welcoming place for family and friends. Being so social means she wants her home to be in great condition and a safe place for her guests. She began to notice part of her home sinking. Not knowing much about the foundation, she did not know who to turn to for answers to her questions. Lori was impressed with their website and the testimonials of other customers so she scheduled an appointment for an inspection. System Design Specialist Jamie Beresford arrived for the inspection and found that Lori did indeed need assistance with her foundation. Jamie told Lori that the lasting solution she needed was Cantey's Helical Pier system. Jamie further explained that the Helical Piers would be inserted into the ground at a depth that would reach the competent soil. This soil would have to be strong enough to hold the weight of the home. Once this level is reached, a metal bracket is placed on the bottom of the home. Then using hydraulics, the piers would push against the capable soil and use the bracket to lift the home back to its original position. Lori appreciated Jamie answering all her questions and decided this was the solution her home needed. Production Team Leader Juan Ramirez, Production Team Member Matthew Williams, and Production Team Member Robert Gardner came out and successfully installed the Helical Pier system. Lori is now worry-free about her foundation and tells all of her guests about the help she received from Cantey.

Dorthy B. is a homeowner in Holly Hill, SC who has had an issue with her bathroom floor for some time now. She has been having difficulty walking in her bathroom and taking baths because of the amount that the floor has sunk in. Sales Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple came out to Dorthy's home and after a free inspection explained to her that her problem was in the wooden joist underneath her bathroom. The joist had rotted and wasn't providing the support she needed. Luke then explained that we could replace the joist and provide her with the support she needed once again. Team Leader Matt and Team Member Jason quickly came out to Dorthy's home and replaced the joist. "I'm so happy that Cantey was able to solve my problem, now I can finally walk across my floors without worrying again."

Julian B. is a homeowner in Holly Hill, SC who has been having a problem with his kitchen floor sagging. Julian decided to quickly do something about this before it got to bad. He called Cantey Foundation Specialists for a free inspection. Sales Manager and Specialist Luke Stemple quickly came out to Julian's home and did an inspection. During the inspection Luke noticed that the floor joist underneath his kitchen were weak because of the spacing in between them. Luke explained to Julian that Cantey's #1 team could easily replace those old joist with new ones and add joist in between for more stability. Team Leader Matt and Team Member Jason were quickly sent to Julian's house and replaced the wood joist and added the new ones. "I am so happy that Cantey came, I love cooking in my kitchen and with the floor sagging like the way it was I was afraid to cook. Now though I can go back to cooking like normal". Now Julian now can enjoy his kitchen the way he used to.
