Kevin Fox was great and incredibly thorough. He did not rush through his evaluation of our problem and explained our options regarding solutions very well. He answered all our questions and was always available by phone when we called him for any additional information. Kevin was a pleasure to work with. Estaban and his crew were fantastic. Upon their arrival we immediately went over the job and explained my concerns and he assured me that they would be addressed. He kept me informed about the job status and what they planned to do at each phase. He discussed a change in the original job plan with me and Kevin Fox which made sense to all three of us. The price of the job was adjusted to reflect the change. They called in a dumpster to remove the old insulation and it was picked up the day after the job was completed. The original timeline for the job was three or four days but they were done by 11:00 on day three. If I were a businessman, these are the kind of employees I would want to hire. Crawl space now looks great because of a tremendous crew.

These guys installed 3 piers and did an awesome job lifting and securing the foundation that had settled. I was amazed!

When the crew came to my house to complete the work, the foreman [Dallas Darity] explained that the piers would lift and stabilize my home, but it may not be able to close the horizontal cracks as promised by the sales guy.  Upon further discussion, the foreman was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The crew was then able to overcome most of the obstacles to make me a happy, satisfied customer, and they did just that.  I was thoroughly impressed. 10/10!

I was very satisfied with the work done by not only the professional and accomodating installation crew but also the informative and accessible salesman James Davis.  To be honest, James Davis' presentation was one of the top reasons I chose Cantey for this job.  Another reason was the cost, value, and options were better than their competitors.
